Digital Marketing Executive (4+ Years of Experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive with a minimum of 4 years in managing online marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SEO, Social media, PPC, content marketing, and analytics tools, with a proven track record of driving traffic and conversions. This role requires a dynamic professional who can lead campaigns, collaborate with teams, and handle both national and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

SEO and Content Optimization:

Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
Perform keyword research, audits, and competitor analysis to optimize content.
Manage link-building activities and monitor algorithm updates.

Social Media Marketing (SMM):

Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize engagement and reach.

Paid Campaign Management (PPC):

Handle Google Ads, social media ads, and other PPC campaigns.
Optimize campaigns for higher ROI and better audience targeting.

Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor website traffic using tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

Technical SEO Skills:

Knowledge of schema markup, HTML/CSS basics, and website performance optimization for better search rankings.
Understanding of Core Web Vitals and mobile-first indexing.

Content Strategy & Management:

Ability to develop and manage content calendars aligned with SEO strategies.
Experience in using content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.

Collaboration & Coordination:

Work closely with designers, developers, and content teams to ensure alignment across campaigns.
Manage client communication for international accounts and present performance reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 4+ years in digital marketing roles, preferably in IT or web services.
Skills: Strong understanding of SEO, SMM, PPC, and analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, Data Studio, Google Tag Manager).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and provide actionable strategies.
Team Management: Capable of leading small teams and collaborating across departments.
Client Handling: Experience in working with international clients and delivering results within deadlines.
